Volcano: part 2...

Now after the 564 steps and the small part of the hike we had done, we were stood infront of this, only 2631km to hike up!

There was no clear path either, we had to clamber up clumps of lava which isn't easy! Especially when like me you hate walking!

So we made it to the top eventually, 2 and a half hours later! It was so cold but also the sun was glaring down on us so we were constantly taking off cardigans, jumpers etc then putting them back on! Even though we had factor 40 on we still managed to get burnt!

Me not happy at the prospect of now having to climb down!
